Use of this site requires that you are 21 years of age or older and maintain an account for gated areas. Arbor Research may deny, suspend, or terminate access where eligibility, research intent, fraud, policy compliance, or payment-processor requirements are not satisfied.

Products are offered solely for legitimate research purposes. Human or animal consumption, administration, injection, or ingestion is prohibited, as is any clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, household, food, drug, or veterinary use, and any use intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent disease or to affect the structure or function of the body of humans or animals.

Website content, product information, certificates of analysis, educational material, support communications, and linked resources are not medical, veterinary, clinical, diagnostic, or treatment advice. No statements contained within this website have been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, not share your account, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. Arbor Research may require re-attestation when policies change.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Arbor Research may accept, reject, or cancel orders for inventory, pricing error, compliance, fraud, shipping restriction, or processor requirements.

Prices may change without notice. Per-SKU quantity discounts apply to the quantity of a single product option and never combine across products. Coupons do not stack with quantity tiers unless expressly stated. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before fulfillment; refunds are calculated at the effective per-unit price paid.

Resale, redistribution, repackaging, relabeling, marketplace diversion, or transfer for any prohibited use is not permitted without written authorization. Arbor Research may request end-use information where lawful.

Specifications and batch documents relate to identified lots only. A testing badge means only that the stated test was performed for that lot. No representation is made of clinical safety, efficacy, sterility, or suitability for human or animal use.

Site content, brand assets, product photography, copy, database structure, and trademarks are protected. A limited license is granted for personal or business research-procurement use only.

Payment, shipping, analytics, email, and linked services are governed by their own terms. Arbor Research is not responsible for third-party sites except as required by law.

Except for any express product specifications or written warranties provided by Arbor Research, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arbor Research disclaims implied warranties applicable to products, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARBOR RESEARCH LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE, SERVICES, PRODUCTS, THESE TERMS, OR THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF ARBOR RESEARCH HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Products supplied by Arbor Research are intended exclusively for legitimate laboratory research and are not intended for human or animal use, consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of disease. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arbor Research will not be liable for damages, injuries, losses, or claims arising from use of a product outside its expressly stated research purpose; unauthorized human or animal use; improper handling, storage, preparation, transfer, modification, combination, or disposal; failure to follow applicable laws, regulations, laboratory procedures, or safety requirements; or use by an unauthorized or unqualified person.

Arbor Research does not guarantee any particular research result, experimental outcome, reproducibility, or fitness of a product for a purchaser's particular research protocol except to the extent expressly stated in applicable product specifications or written documentation provided by Arbor Research.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARBOR RESEARCH'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO A PARTICULAR PRODUCT, ORDER, TRANSACTION, OR CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO ARBOR RESEARCH FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

The limitations in this Section apply regardless of the form or theory of liability, whether based in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability, statute, or otherwise, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These limitations do not exclude or limit liability to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate any non-waivable statutory right or remedy available to a purchaser.

Arbor Research is not responsible for interruptions, delays, errors, or failures caused by third-party services or systems outside Arbor Research's reasonable control; provided, however, that this provision does not limit Arbor Research's obligations to purchasers that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Arbor Research LLC and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from and against third-party claims, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, penalties, fines, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or relating to:

• your violation of these Terms or any representation, certification, or attestation you make to Arbor Research;
• your use, handling, storage, transfer, resale, distribution, modification, combination, or disposal of any product in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or the product's stated research-only purpose;
• any human or animal use, consumption, administration, or other prohibited use of products purchased from Arbor Research;
• your diversion, resale, distribution, or transfer of Arbor Research products for any unauthorized or prohibited purpose;
• any false, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information or representation you provide to Arbor Research, including information concerning your identity, age, qualifications, organization, intended research purpose, or intended use of products;
• your violation of any applicable law, regulation, rule, or third-party right in connection with your purchase, possession, use, transfer, or disposition of Arbor Research products; or
• the acts or omissions of any person or entity to whom you knowingly provide, transfer, resell, or otherwise make Arbor Research products available, to the extent the resulting claim arises from conduct prohibited by these Terms or applicable law.

Arbor Research reserves the right, at its expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. If Arbor Research does so, you agree to reasonably cooperate in the defense of the claim. You may not settle any claim subject to indemnification in a manner that imposes liability, obligations, admissions, or restrictions on Arbor Research without Arbor Research's prior written consent.

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Arbor Research website, any order or transaction with Arbor Research, or products or services provided by Arbor Research will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent applicable federal law governs.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you and Arbor Research agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. To initiate informal dispute resolution, you must send written notice to Arbor Research at info@arborpeptides.com describing the nature of the dispute, the relevant order or transaction if applicable, and the relief requested. Arbor Research may provide notice to you using the contact information associated with your account or order. The parties will have thirty (30) days after receipt of the notice to attempt to resolve the dispute informally before either party initiates legal proceedings, unless immediate relief is reasonably necessary or applicable law provides otherwise.

Subject to any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted, any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, an order, or a transaction with Arbor Research must be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Boulder County, Colorado. You and Arbor Research consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive objections to venue in those courts to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking temporary, preliminary, or other injunctive or equitable relief when reasonably necessary to prevent immediate or irreparable harm. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer's right to bring a claim in small claims court when that claim is within the court's jurisdiction or limits any other right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law.

If any portion of this Section is determined to be unenforceable under applicable law, that portion will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Each version of these Terms carries an effective date. Material changes are notified, and acceptance records are archived by version and timestamp.
