Receive an incorrect or damaged order? Within 7 calendar days of receipt, email info@arborpeptides.com to report the damaged or incorrect items along with your order number and photos to support your report. Verified issues are made right with a replacement or refund.

Quality concerns follow a documented investigation using order, lot, storage and handling, photo, and COA information. We do not promise a scientific conclusion before review.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 3-5 business days of approval. Bank posting times vary. Refunds are calculated at the effective per-unit price paid, including quantity-tier discounts.

Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Fulfillment occurs quickly and is generally complete within 1-2 business days of order placement.
